Spikenard (Jattamasi) is the one of the best herbs for Vata Dosha in Ayurvedic system. It is traditionally used to enhance a sense of inner peace and calm, and bring peace to an out of balance mind.
Each stick burns for approximately 60 minutes. Crafted of natural ingredients and is safe for your environment.
30 sticks in each pack. Hand made in Nepal. Fairly traded.
NOTE: This is dhoop style incense sticks, which means they're thick and do not have a stick inside like most traditional incense.
