This natural carrier oil is wonderful for use with essential oils. Essential oils should always be used with a carrier oil of some kind, as to not overuse the volatile plant essence - yes, essential oils can be overused, which renders them unhealthy at that point. A little goes a long way. Carrier oils allow you to create your own massage oils, and to apply the essential oil blends you've created, in a very safe way. A drop pr twp of essential oil to approx. 4 tbsp of carrier oil is the recommended ratio.
