This pink mineral is a variety of calcite with cobalt impurities. Calcite is composed of the same material as limestone: calcium carbonate. This transparent to opaque mineral can be found in a variety of colours, depending on the surrounding soil and minerals.
As a crystal of joyful new beginnings, cobaltoan calcite restores motivation and accelerates growth. It can assist in the release of buried emotions and enhances the etheric and physical bodies.
