Mjolnir Pendant, Bronze

A wonderful and more simply carved Mjollnir with a Triquetra on the handle portion and Runes of the Elder Futhark on the head that spell "Mjolnir".

Bronze. 1 1/2" x 1 1/4". Cording included.

The great "Mjölnir", or Hammer of Thor, whose striking causes the sound of thunder, is the most fearsome weapon of the Norse gods. It is said to be capable of leveling mountains and slaying any foe, yet it can heal as well as harm. By waving the hammer over the slain, Thor could raise the dead.
