Golden Tiger Eye is a gemstone in which crocidolite has been replaced by quartz, while its fibrous structure is preserved. The shimmering eye-like nature, called chatoyancy, is caused by these fibers. Found primarily in Africa and India, it is prized as a gemstone and often fashioned into jewellery.

Tiger Eye (Golden) is closely attuned to earth energies, but the shimmering, eye-catching yellow highlights are linked to the sun. Thus tiger eye is a bridge between earth and sky, a link or tool representing a balance between the physical and the spiritual. Is said to bring good luck and courage.
