Snow Quartz is wonderful to hold and wear when stressed and anxious. It exudes a very calming energy that helps ground and center. It's one of my favorite crystals that I work with often (Tara). It's been a favorite since we opened Dragon Moon back in 2003. Anytime a customer asks for a crystal that can help calm, soothe, comfort and ground scattered energy, I always think of this milky white crystal. It's one of the top crystals I recommend for grief, along with Apache Tears, Obsidian, Aquamarine, Calcite, Agate, Chrysocolla, Lapis Lazuli, Lepidolite, Malachite, Angelite, Rhodochrosite, and Tourmaline. Snow Quartz is believed to help promote peace, enhance learning and wisdom, is a gentle calming crystal for children and sensitive people, and wonderful for meditation. Snow Quartz can help soothe anger and temper, as well as promote patience and compassion in tough situations.
