Merkaba Earrings - Turquenite

Turquenite is Howlite that has been color enhanced to a Turquoise colour.  This gem combines the healing properties of Howlite, with the soothing colour of Turquoise. 

Howlite: Decreases an overly critical state of mind, selfishness, stress, pain, and rudeness. It increases subtlety and tact. It also heightens creativity.  When held, this stone helps soothe stress and anxiety.  It makes a great "worry stone" that you can rub and hold when you're feeling down. The shape of the Merkaba amplifies the beauty of the gemstone. In Ancient Egypt, the Mer-Ka-Ba was three words. Mer meant a kind of light that rotated within itself, Ka meant the human spirit, and Ba, the human body. So Merkaba means a rotating light that would take the spirit and the body from one world or form into another. It can be activated by meditation, with the breathe, and by changes in perception.
