Totem Stone: Bear

Bears are known for everything from being cuddly and playful to stoic and strong. In the spirit kingdom the bear is emblematic of grounding forces and strength. All in all, the bear is a magnificent creature to be respected.

Animal totem stones (or spirit stones) can be chosen based on a favourite animal or attraction to a particular symbol. Animal totems can be used to connect with specific qualities of your chosen power animal for guidance and inspiration. As life changes, so may your totem animal.
