Peppermint brings sharp, menthol top notes that are invigorating for a quick pick-me-up. Often used to reduce drowsiness or nausea, this cooling scent is widely used in all types of edible and non-edible products. Peppermint can be used to reduce inflammation, pain, muscle spasms and fever. Beware that using too much peppermint can cause a burning sensation. This scent blends well with eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary. To extract the 100% natural peppermint essence, the leaves and flowering tops are steam distilled.

These natural oils are excellent for aromatherapy using a variety of methods.
-Add a few drops to some water in an oil heater to infuse a room with natural fragrance.
-Add a few drops to a bowl of hot water to inhale the vapor
-Put a couple drops on a tissue and hold it under the nose
-Add up to 4 drops into a plain massage oil
-Place a drop in a plain tealight candle
-Use the oils in an electric vaporizer
-Add up to 4 drops to a hot bath with Himalayan salts or massage oil
*Note: Please go easy with peppermint oil in the bath. A little goes a long way.
