Blue Onyx Decorator Specimen

Onyx is a variety of chalcedony, a microcrystalline form of quartz, typically formed from silica-rich fluids in cavities and fractures within volcanic rock. It is known for its distinctive parallel bands, which differentiate it from the more irregular banding commonly found in agate.

Blue Onyx is associated with calm, emotional balance, and inner strength. In crystal traditions, it is believed to encourage clear communication, mental clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience. It is also considered a grounding and protective stone, while its blue colouring is often connected with intuition and peaceful energy.
