Blue Apatite Natural Specimen

These smooth semi-precious stone slabs are cut and highly polished to allow the beauty of the stone to be revealed. Each one is totally unique. All are equally beautiful - like us! From Brazil.

The name of this soft deep aqua coloured stone originates from the Greek "to deceive’ since it was often mistaken for other minerals. Apatite is composed of calcium phosphate, which is the same material that makes up human and animal teeth and bones.

As a healing stone, It can help to integrate, coordinate and balance the emotional, intellectual, physical and etheric bodies. Apatite enhances creativity and awakens the finer inner-self. Wearing or carrying Apatite has produced hunger suppression.

The pricing for each size depends on various factors, including the dimensions of the piece, thickness, weight, colouring, and quality grade. Each piece is priced on those attributes. We will select a piece just for you based on the sizes below.

SMALL: 1 1/4" to 2", and anywhere from 1/8" to 1/4" thick.

MEDIUM: Just over 2", a bit wider than the small size, and approx. 1/8" thick.

LARGE: 2.5" and 1/4" thick. A nice weighted piece.

XL: Just over 2", but thicker than the other slices at almost 0.5" thick. Weighted and substantial piece.

XXL: Approx. 3" at the widest points, these pieces have a beautiful depth of colour, nice weight, 0.5" thick.

XXXL: A beautiful piece measuring 2 1/4" x 2 1/4", with a lighter blue/teal colouring. Nicely weighted, approx. 0.5" thick.

XXXXL: The largest specimen at 3" x 3", with the most gorgeous teal blue coloring! So beautiful! Just over half an inch thick!
