Chiastolite is a variety of andalusite. This reddish-brown-gray stone has a distinctive graphite cross in the center. It's a bit harder to see in the more natural and slightly smoothed pieces, but the cross is there. The outer edges of these pieces have a bit of sparkle in natural sunglight.

These slices of Chiastiolite are fairly rare, we don't have them in the shop very often. Even the tumbled variety is hard to come by these days.

As a healing crystal, it is powerfully protective that can be used to dispel negative thoughts. Mentally it aids problem solving by strengthening analytic capabilities.
