Cretolamna biauriculata maroccana is an extinct species of mackerel shark that lived during the Cretaceous and Eocene epochs. It is known from fossil teeth found primarily in Morocco, specifically in the Oulad Abdoun Basin. 

The Cretaceous period, which includes the Cretaceous epoch, ended 66 million years ago.

Cretaceous Period:

This period lasted from 145.5 to 66 million years ago. It ended with a major extinction event, often called the K-Pg (formerly K-T) extinction, which wiped out the non-avian dinosaurs and many other species. 

Eocene Epoch:

Following the Cretaceous, the Eocene epoch began about 56 million years ago and lasted until roughly 34 million years ago. This epoch is within the Paleogene period, which itself is part of the Cenozoic Era
