Each roll consists of 10 tablets, 33mm each.  Light the charcoal in a heat safe dish and allow the flame to cross the entire surface of the tablet.  Blow out the flame, and allow the tablet to smoulder for a minute before placing your incense resins and loose herbs on top. Always place on top of sand or some earth/soil in the bottom of the dish to create a buffer for heat.
