Contact Us: At Dragon Moon, we prefer correspondence by Email as we aren't always able to answer every call.  We are no longer taking payment by phone, and we apologize for the inconvenience.  We hope that we've provided many methods of payment for everyone's unique needs and circumstances.

Safe Shopping: When you place an online order with us, you can rest assured knowing we have never had a problem with credit card fraud through our website.  We do provide many other payment options as well if you do not wish to enter your CC number online (we understand your hesitation). 

Out Of Stock Items: If the out of stock item(s) makes up a good portion of your order, we will email you before shipping to see if you'd like to make a substitution.  If the out of stock item makes up a small portion of your order, we will ship the order without emailing.  We try very hard to make sure stock levels are accurate, but we are only human.

Custom Orders and Product Requests: We're always open to new ideas and custom requests, so please send us an email with more information and we'll see what we can do for you.
