Expedited / Air Parcel Service is Flat Rate: No matter how much you buy, your cost of shipping stays the same. With this service, small parcels (Under 1KG / 2.2 lbs) are sent Small Packet Air Parcel with insurance. Larger shipments are sent Expedited Parcel which include tracking and insurance. This service is rated for 4-10 days.
XpressPost service is an Express Air Service rated for 2-4 days. It includes Trancking and Insurance.
*FedEx/Priority Shipments sent by Canada Post and delivered FedEx - usually within 2 days.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We no longer offer Small Packet Surface parcel, as the time is too slow, and not inline with the Expedited Service. As a result the shipment time is now far less than it used to be.
When we send Small Packet Air, this method does not include tracking, but is insured. This is our way of keeping our shipping costs lower for all US Shipments. Shipments exceeding 1 Kg are always sent with tracking.

About Our Shipping Rates:
We took a sampling of 750 parcels to determine how many of each size and weight we had shipped. Then we plugged in the costs of our discounted Canada Post rates into a spreadsheet, giving us a weighted average cost for each Canada Post zone. As we do flat rate shipping, you are paying for an average sized shipment to your destination. When you have a larger order, you pay less for shipping than we do. We rounded these numbers to the closest 25 cents.
We make no money on shipping:
We'd like shipping to be free, but unfortunetly with the savings we offer to you in our products, this is not feasable. A lot of websites offer "free" shipping but jack-up the prices of the items for sale - we choose to be honest and give you straightforward pricing and shipping rates. Canada Post sets the current rates.
