At Dragon Moon, we offer a Reseller program and an Affiliate Program.

To be eligible for the reseller program, we ask for proof of resale, which can be in the form of a business license number, receipt for craft fairs, a resale website, etc.  We like to know where you will be selling.  Once we have determined your eligibility we offer the following terms:

1. You may purchase anything from our website at a discounted price.   All opening orders must be at least $300 and re-orders over $100.  We’ll even offer you our standard flat rate shipping options that we offer our customers to all flat rate destinations in Canada/USA.  International customers, and customers in Remote “Air Stage” areas in Canada will pay actual shipping costs.  USA/International customers are responsible for their own duties and Taxes at the border.

We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods to our best rate between Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator.  Additional fees may apply to rush orders when shipping exceeds our cost.

2. While your discount can be combined with the reduced sale price on our website, such as clearance items, it cannot be combined with any retail coupon code.

3. Returns must be made within 7 days (1 week), freight prepaid, and all items must be in resalable condition.  All opened items or damaged items will not be credited.  A restocking charge may apply on returns to cover our shipping charges to you, and other expenses incurred by us.  We ask that returns to be kept to a minimum.

4. As per our normal policy, items that arrive damaged or become lost in the mail will be covered by insurance, and on successful claim with Canada Post, you will be credited for them.

5. Items unavailable can be special ordered for you, but there will be additional fees for this service, unless you are willing to wait until our next shipment.

If this program is successful, we’ll begin adding bulk items at a reduced rate, such as crystals & stones.

Rules and Terms of this program could change at any time, but we hope that they will only get better as time goes on.
