We accept most forms of payment, including:
Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Discover), PayPal, Email Money Transfer, Money Order, and Cheques
We make it easy to shop with us! Your order is secure with us, as we use SSL encryption on our website, meaning your transaction is safe. We send all credit card information through our secure Payment Gateway, where the transaction takes place. We never disclose information to any other party. When you order with your credit card, you will not be billed until the order is ready to ship.
All purchases are processed in Canadian dollars.
US pricing is shown as our best estimate and may fluctuate slightly on your credit card bill.
Paypal: PayPal is a trusted way to pay online. Thousands of people use Paypal daily to pay for online purchases. It's easy to sign up if you haven't, and once you register your credit card with them, you never have to exchange your credit card number with online stores, because PayPal takes care of the transaction for you.
Email Money Transfer (Interac Online): We accept payments through your online banking through your bank. Select Cheque/Money order option on your order, and send Interac online payment to firstname.lastname@example.org You will be prompted to create a password for the transaction - Choose anything you like, and email us the password you used.
Cheque/Money order: We accept Cheques and Money Orders. Please allow ten business days after we recieve your cheque for Cheques to clear before your order is shipped, or 15 business days for US / International cheques. We accept Cheques in Canadian or US funds. Please Contact Us for current exchange rates on US currency. There is no hold on Money Orders once we recieve them. Please also note that all U.S. Money Orders must be Internationally cashable.
PLEASE KEEP RECEIPTS FOR MONEY ORDERS. There have been money orders lost in the mail. The receipt gives you a way to trace it.
All currency is in Canadian Dollars, including shipping charges. Credit Cards will be billed in Canadian Dollars. When paying with a Cheque or Money Order, you may pay in U.S. Dollars. Please contact us for the current exchange rate.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE. Items are shipped from Pincher Creek Alberta Canada. We try to get all orders out within 3 days handling time at the most (regular postage). If you select a faster shipping method, we mail your order sooner. We normally ship 2 - 3 times per week. During our peak season (Yule/Christmas) we ship almost daily. We recommend you place your order by Dec. 10th to ensure your items arrive in time for Yule/Christmas. Please see our shipping table for estimated delivery times and cost for your area.
PARCEL DAMAGE/LOST ITEMS
Let us know immediately if you experience damage or loss of your order. Save all the packaging. Orders (except small items sent in puffy mailers by request) are shipped with insurance, and we will need you to work with us to get the claim processed with Canada Post. You may be required to send the item and/or packaging and/or documents to Canada Post, prior to the claim being processed. As soon as the claim is accepted, you will receive a refund for the damaged items, and in many cases the shipping as well.
For lost items, contact us after the item is due to arrive. We will get the claim processed. You may be required to fill out some documents for Canada Post, and when the claim is accepted, you will receive a refund.
~ Refunds are processed only once returned items are received and inspected by Dragon Moon staff.
~ Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, and must be in the SAME CONDITION as sold
~ Refunds may take up to a week or more to post back to your credit card after item is back in our hands - it is not instant
~ All items must be shipped prepaid, with insurance. Any damages or loss on the return of your item are your responsibility.
~ We will refund you the cost of the item but NOT the cost of the shipping you paid. This is standard policy in the online shopping World. Once we receive the return we will process the refund (in the same fashion you paid) or if you'd like, we can credit your account towards a future purchase.
**If you are returning an item due to a mistake we've made (ie: wrong item, wrong size, etc...) We will refund you the return shipping and cost of the item once the return has been received back in our hands**
QUALITY ISSUES / RETURNS
If your item (non-jewelry) is not holding up due to a quality issue within 30 DAYS of receipt please email us and explain how the item is defective. A store credit will be applied to your account in most circumstances. We may ask you to email us pictures of the quality issue, so we can forward that on to the manufacturer or crafter.
We do not accept returns for refund on jewelry items unless you were shipped the wrong item. All jewelry is inspected for quality before we ship. PLEASE ensure you are ordering the proper size ring, bracelet or chain. Exchanges and store credit only. We can not refund shipping on returns unless a mistake was made on our part. Please let us know within 7 days of package receipt if there was a mistake on your jewelry order. We cannot guarantee or repair jewelry. Thank you for your understanding.
TAXES AND DUTIES
We are required to charge 5% GST (13% HST where applicable) within Canada.
If you live outside of Canada, you may be responsible for any state taxes, duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may be added to your order by your respective state, province, territory, or country. We do not charge any duties or taxes outside of Canada on behalf of your country.
