Q. Do you have a paper mail out catalog?
A. No, at this time we do not. The reason is that we can't keep the catalog current enough, we sell out of items too quickly.
Q. Do you Wholesale?
A. At this time, we do offer a RESELLER PROGRAM. Click for more details.
Q. Do you do wedding registries?
A. Yes! Use the "Add to Wishlist" feature and start building your registry today!
Q. Do you take custom orders for altar kits, jewelry, spell kits, etc...?
A. Send us your ideas! We will see what we can do.
Q. Where are you located? Do you have an actual store?
A. We are located in a small farming community in Southern Alberta Canada, called Pincher Creek. We are online only at this time.
Q. Do you ship worldwide?
A. We will ship anywhere! If you are international, please email us for rates or see our shipping section.
Q. If something is damaged/lost in the mail, what happens?
A. We will work together to file a claim with Canada Post to retrieve our funds and come to a mutually satisfying outcome.
Q. If I'd like to pay using a cheque or money order, where do I mail those to?

Cheques require clearance before product is packaged and shipped, and money orders received ensure your parcel will go out that day.
Q. I tried calling you twice today about my order, but didn't hear back right away...why?
A. We are a home based business and stay at home parents. We aren't always by the phone. Did you try emailing us instead? We can check that from anywhere, and you'll probably hear back from us sooner. firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. I don't feel comfortable using my credit card online...
A. We understand that you may be hesitant to place an order with your credit card online. But rest assured, we have never had a problem with hackers or information being stolen. We hope that we've provided you with many other payment options you can trust other than credit card payment (cheque, money order, paypal, etc...)
Q. How do I pay you using the Interac E-Transfer option?
1. Go to your online banking site
2. Select the "Interac E-Transfer" option. (Usually under Bill Payments or Transfers)
3. Send funds to: email@example.com
4. Create a password, send to us so we can transfer on our end.

Dragon Moon stores your Name, Address, E-Mail address, Telephone Number and Order History on its server. If you would like this information removed at any time, please provide us your E-Mail address & Name in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We send E-Mail newsletters from time to time, which have an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
